Visual Brand Guide


A visual brand guide provides a road map to your brand and visual identity. It explains what colors, fonts, imagery and verbiage to use when designing for or working with your brand. A visual brand guide should be distributed internally so employees maintain consistency, as well as given externally to any designer or other source that will be using your logo, discussing your company or creating any designs. Also send your visual brand guide to any external designer that will be working with your account. Included in your visual brand guide will be logo usage do’s and don’ts, messaging, brand elements, sample design pieces and a photo gallery of approved imagery.

Turnaround time: 5-10 business days after Client submits Intake Form and all vital files via Google Drive to Design Wheelz.

  • Messaging

  • Sample design pieces (may include stationary, spec ads, website screen shots, posters, or other design samples.)
  • Photo gallery of approved images – includes 8-15 photos.

Design Wheelz will design your project with all the essential information you provide to represent your brand. Copy must be provided by Client. Additional charges may apply if Client makes changes to project specs or does not purchase project accurately. A quote that must be approved by you prior to work beginning will be provided if needed. If you decide not to move forward with the project because of additional charges, a full refund will be issued if no work by Design Wheelz has begun on your project.
