The questions below are designed to give us a better idea of your company. Answer them to the best of your ability. If you do not have an answer to a question, that is OK. We will use our own research, design expertise and experience to best suit your goals and industry. If you are an existing client, you can skip the company information portion.

FILE SUBMISSION

You will need to submit your logo (If Design Wheelz (DW) is not creating a logo for you) in digital format – EPS preferred – along with any other content/images/graphics/samples/documents required for your project.
